Unfortunately we will not be able to forward your item if you move. We do suggest to incorporate our shipping time with your schedule if you do plan on moving or if you want the item to be shipped somewhere else.
For the time being we do not provide fast shipping, however if you need your item to be rushed for any special reason then send us a message here, Once you do that we will leave a note with our shipping team and try to see what we can do!
Occasionally the courier might require a signature or the parcel may exceed the dimensions of a Mailbox or P.O box, in this case if one is not there to receive the order then the order will wait at your local post office.
Before returning an item, please make sure that the item is unused and in the same condition you have received it.
If your return is because your item was Damaged, then first you must contact the courier that delivered the item to place a claims. We also require a photo of the damaged product. Once we have the picture and the claims number we can resend you a new item.

If you're returning because you received the wrong order then please contact us here and we will send out the correct order to your address.
If you're returning because you were unsatisfied with the item then contact us here and we will provide a full refund. This must be done within 15 days after receiving the order.
If this is the case we greatly apologize as we usually can change this kind of problem if we are notified before it is shipped out.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
